How you get paid
You quote in the app, the customer pays Movalong, and you are paid for completed work.
You don't start unpaid
A job cannot start until the deposit is paid and the rest of the fare is secured on a card hold, wallet, or paid invoice.
Paid for finished work
The customer pays Movalong, not you directly. After the job, they have 48 hours to raise a dispute. Platform commission applies only to completed jobs.
